He is survived by: his spouse Sharon Bird Perna; his children, Anthony Jr of Middletown and Tina Sutherland (Adam) of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Samantha, Brian, Alison, Emily and Ashley; and his brothers, Vincent (Mary), Frank and Donald (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
