She was predeceased by: her father Manuel Polanco; and her sons, Irving Medina and Gerald Medina. She is survived by: her mother Cony Munoz; her husband Jorge Medina of Middletown; her children, Jenny Medina-LaFoucade (Renaldo) of Springfield, VA and Ivan Medina of Oneida, NY.; and her sisters, Jeannette and Karen Polanco. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
