She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Farnam and Eleanor Streifert Farnam; and her sister Sandra Farnam. She is survived by: her children, Lynn A. Leone (Paul) of Yorktown Heights, NY and Paul T. Zavadil (Christine Folchi) of Montgomery, NY; and her grandson Logan N. Leone of Yorktown Heights.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Inc. Funeral Home (26 Grove St, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (35 E Main St, Middletown, NY 10940).
