It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Casella of Middlesex, New York, who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though John may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Casella and Florence Casella (Reed); and his sister Jane Casella. He is survived by : his siblings, Douglas Casella, Thomas Casella, Dianne DeCaire and Catherine Casella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Naples Hotel (111 S Main St, Naples, NY 14512).
