She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Berlin (Ronald), Patricia Mark (Lance) and Frank Maynard (Barbara); her grandchildren, Adrienne Berlin, Hilary Partin (Nathan), Ashley Berlin, Jarod Brundage (Ashley), Amelia Mickley (Jakob), Christina Maynard and Benjamin Maynard; and her great grandchildren, Jameson, Jonah, Jaxon Mickley and Catherine Berlin. She is also survived by her family and friends.
