He is survived by: his mother Linda J. Edwards (Scouten); his daughters, Mariah Bielak and Lyllian Edwards; his brother Michael Edwards (Lisa); his uncle Douglas Scouten (Lisa); his aunts, Darlene Pawlikowski (late Alfred), Rita Farrell (Kevin) and Jane Scouten (late Keith); and his former wife Heather Bielak.
