He was predeceased by: his parents, Stillmon Farewell and Betty Farewell (Trow); and his brother Warren Wittkopp (Icela Wittkopp). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his stepsons, Timothy Roath and Douglas Roath; his siblings, Elizabeth Gerety (late Steve), Anna Lindhiemer (late Tom), Nina Mundy (Dave), Barb, Brenda Mahnke (Donald), Emmett Wittkopp and David Wittkopp (Michelle); and his nieces, Tammy, Kim, Brenda and Becky.
