He is survived by: his mother Mary; his wife Lauren (Sionko); his children, Daria and Thomas; his sister Kathy Jo Minnick (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Chase and Abbigail; his sister-in-law Traci Phillips (Steven); his nieces and nephews, Kirstin, Samantha and Violet; and his parents-in-law, Ray and Marion Sionko. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
