In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his sister Jennifer Ulrich. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Ulrich and Marty Ulrich (Bateman); his wife Kelly Ulrich (Smith); his children, Colleen Ulrich (William Rickard) and Christopher Ulrich (Ashley Straker); his sister Julie Webber (Barry); and his siblings-in-law, Sean Smith (Kristen) and Molly Smith (Jason Rivera). He is also survived by niece, several nephews, and many other beloved relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc. (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist RC Church (168 Chestnut St, Lockport, NY 14094).
In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
