He was predeceased by: his son Paul Dutcher; and his siblings, William, David, Francis and Larry Mahar.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline L. Mahar; his children, Kim Sammarco (Cono) and Cindy Gillard (Jason); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Zachary Gillard, Angela, Cono Sammarco and Paige Dutcher; and his sister Linda McDonough.
