He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allen and Elizabeth Allen (Mahnke); his brothers, Howard and Paul; and his brother-in-law Matt Dodge.

He is survived by: his sister Carol Ann Herriven (Douglas); and his in-laws, Mary Pat, Mike Cooley, Ed, Julie Dodge, Suzanne Dodge, Dan and Robin Dodge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105. And he's off like a terd of hurtles!
