He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Czachor (Kennell) and Adam Czachor; and his brother Jeffery Czachor. He is survived by: his children, Stephen J, Ellen Miller of Middleburgh, NY, Gregory Czachor of Coram, NY and Adam Czachor of Hauppauge, NY; his grandchildren, Stephen J. Czachor, Jr., Helen Czachor, David Miller, Christopher Miller, Adam Miller, Arya Czachor and Isla Czachor; his great grandchild Aamori Floyd; and his siblings, Kenneth Czachor (Barbara) of Middleburgh, Robert Czachor of Bayshore, Gloria Mais of Patchogue, NY and Barbara Dressel of Summerset, PA.

While private services for the family will be held at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC, 134 River Street, Middleburgh, an open memorial service will be held for family and friends at a later date, following the current Covid-19 restrictions.
