It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois E. Schenck of Middleburgh, New York, born in Palestine, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. George Roland Cleaver and Zeta Clarice Johnson Cleaver; her husband Maurice Elmer Schenck; her sisters, Esther Cox, Violet Hollingsworth and Mary Elmore; and her grandson Nathan Samuel Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Rhea Dawn Owens (Richard) of Middleburgh, Byron M. Schenck and Rowan D. Schenck of Indiana; her grandchildren, Seth G. Owens, Isaac W. Owens (Stephanie) and Rachel R. Owens; her great grandchild Hudson J. Owens; and her sisters-in-law, Linda S. LeBaron, Helen Schenck and Tula Schenck. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
