He was predeceased by: his father Leland Sr. Lacy; and his sisters, Carol and Marie. He is survived by: his spouse Terry; his siblings, Martin (Bernice), Richard (Linda) of Florida, George (Sherry) of Delanson, Alice Beam (George) of Montana and Kathy Diamond of Middleburgh; and his siblings-in-law, George Ruffcorn and Mary Bixby of Middleburgh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
