He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Hulbert and Marion Hulbert (Cleveland); his sons, Steven Hulbert and Donald Hulbert; and his siblings, Elsie Myers and Leland Hulbert.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Presher; his children, Kenneth Hulbert (Chirawan), Warren Hulbert (Melissa), Rose Adams (James), Melody Houck (David) and Leonard Hulbert; his grandchildren, Heath Hulbert, Ashlen Moran (Matt), Griffin Hulbert (Brittney), Wyatt Hulbert (Krysta), Jennifer Hulbert, Zachary Hulbert (Elizabeth), Tanner Hulbert (Britni), Austin Hulbert (Kenzie), Jordon Hulbert, Julia Adams, Lyndsey Adams, Sarah Houck (Nicholai), Benjamin Houck (Stephanie) and Kathleen Hulbert; his great grandchildren, Hadisyn, Fayelyn, Kanyon, Layton, Reagan Moran, Zyler, Landyn, Grayson Hulbert, Kacee Hulbert, Taten Hulbert, Chandler Hulbert and Alexandra Chase; and his brother Philip Hulbert.
