We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2023, at the age of 59, Jon T. Clark Sr. of Middleburgh, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark Sr. and Ruth Anne Clark. He is survived by: his children, Faathyma Clark (Chris), Jon Clark Jr. (Cassandra) and Jacob Clark (Courtney); his granddaughters, Delaney Hazel Clark and Emalene Ruth Clark; and his siblings, James Clark, Jr. and Jodi Clark Mayforth (Howard) of Coxsackie, NY.
