It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd E. Lamont Sr. of Middleburgh, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Deforest Lamont and Martha Jane Lamont (Borst); his wife Charlene Lamont (Diamond); and his daughter Tammy Lamont. He is survived by: his children, Floyd E. Lamont, Jr. of Central Bridge, Patrick Lamont (Sharon) of Schoharie, Terry Mooney (Rick) of Central Bridge and Martha Bouck (Steve) of North Carolina; and his sister Joan McGrath of Long Island. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
