He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Falco and Mary Louise Falco (Morrone); his daughter Sherrie; and his siblings, Mario, Freddie, Louis and Frankie.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Chase; his children, Sofia Falco of Middleburgh, Sara Petko of Manhattan, Eugene M. Falco of Cobleskill, Gina Marie Falco of Tennessee and Regina Falco of Saratoga; and his stepdaughter Melissa Restifo of Plant City, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
