He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Diaz (Jeff Sanders) of Sharon Springs and Heather Kennedy (Walter Brockway) of Rotterdam; his grandsons, Laine Pleickhardt and Tristin Diaz; his sister Patty Wainwright (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Benjamin and Brooke; and his cousins, Carol, Mark Traver, Richard and Pam Pulver.
