He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Packard (Saddlemire) and Raymond Packard; his wife Beth Packard (Mickle); his daughters, Sarah Hunt (Jim) of Middleburgh and Amanda Stuerke (John) of Middleburgh; his grandchildren, Ashley Hunt (Logan Peek), Allison Hunt, Alicia Hunt, Laken Stuerke and Maverick Stuerke; and his siblings, Delfa Quinn of Federal Way, WA, Gary Packard of Middleburgh, Margaret Grinmanis and Gail "Skip" Packard.
