He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Neubauer (Axlesen) and Thomas E. Neubauer; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Neubauer (Stacy), Christian Neubauer (Leah) and Samuel Neubauer (Mariah); his grandchildren, Payton, Mackenzie Neubauer, Colt Neubauer, Mia, Harley Hunt, Samuel Jr. and Chevelle Neubauer; his close friend Patricia Van Orden; and his siblings, Debbie Kelly (Joey), Doreen Lupo, Pamela Vesley, Kathleen Randazzo (Andy) and Daniel Neubauer.
