Charlotte Bell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 63, Charlotte Bell (Middleburgh, New York), born in Knoxville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Felter (Kitts) and Lester Felter; and her brother Bob. She is survived by: her significant other Rex Bellinger; her sons, Bruce Martin and Todd Bell (Joy Bell); her stepchildren, Christopher Bellinger (Kelly Bellinger) and Lisa Porter (Scott Porter); her grandchildren, Cody Martin (Deanna Martin), Hannah Martin, Dylan Bellinger, Alexia Bell, Kerrington Bellinger and Meghan Porter; and her siblings, Donna, Christy, Linda, Wanda, Walter "Jim" McMullen (Sheila) and Pamela Shaul (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Charlotte's family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in her honor.
