He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Mills (Wheeler) and Allen F. Mills; his wife Johanna; his brother Daryl Mills; and his niece Kimberly Campbell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Mills-Courts (Patrick) of Fredonia, Sandra Fitzpatrick (Thomas) of Delmar and Kathleen Mills of Delmar; his siblings-in-law, Colette McKelvey (Edward) and J. Richard Schultz of Rotterdam Junction; his nieces and nephews, Ingrid Campbell, Meghan Hill, Erin Hankle, Shannon L. McKelvey, Heidi L. Audino, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Patrick Courts, Richard J. Schultz, Eric McKelvey and Kyle McKelvey; and his close friends, Michelle, Michael Echtner and Middleburgh.
