We bid farewell to William Clifford Yoos Jr. of Middle Island, New York, born in Saint Albans, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 29, 2024 at the age of 81. William Clifford touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Yoos, Sr. and Ruth Yoos (Lehr); and his grandsons, Andrew and Aidan Frank. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Yoos (Henshaw); his children, Karen VanDerlyn (James), Kevin Yoos (Lisa), Brian Yoos (Elyssa), Scott Yoos (Christy) and Sarah-Jean Frank (Eric); his grandchildren, Kristen, Allison, Gregory VanDerlyn, Megan, Erin Yoos, Alexa, Jaime Yoos, Madison, Aubrie, William Yoos, Zachary, Avery and Abigail Frank; his sister Cynthia Terlaga (Robert); his siblings-in-law, Richard Henshaw (Laura) and Candace Osias (Scott); and his close friend Herbert Baynon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Setauket Fire Department (190 Main St, Setauket- East Setauket, NY 11733).
