He is survived by: his son James Joseph O'Neill (Asma); his siblings, Susan Cavallo (Robert), Cathy O'Neill and Jerry; his daughter Jennifer O'Neill Rosenberg (Gerald); and his brother-in-law Ben. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
