She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolf Kiene and Martha Kiene. She is survived by: her children, Audra Hallock and Wayne Casey; her grandchildren, Andrew Casey, Nina Casey, Emma Casey, Brianna Hallock and Sheldon Hallock; and her great grandchild Charlotte Casey.
In remembrance of Elaine's life, the family asks that charitable donations be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rocky Point.
