He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wesley Payne and Patricia Ann Barber; and his sister Becky. He is survived by: his wife Debra; and his sister Deberah. He is also survived by his 5 children, and 13 Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 207 Hillside Lake Rd, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
