He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orbik and Evelyn Orbik (Halpern). He is survived by: his wife Concetta Orbik; his daughters, Lauren Wright Fahid (Michael) and Meghan Wright; his granddaughter Jordyn; his sister-in-law Paula Steenbergen (Mark); and his nieces and nephews, Sheri Woolley (Billy), Betsy Allgauer (Matthew), Carl Klaproth (Rebecca), Lance Klaproth (Becky), Jessica, Zachary and Victoria Steenbergen.
