It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie E. Powers (Mexico, New York), born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on February 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Galin Dingman and Rosemarie Dingman (Caloren); her husband LeRoy Powers; her son David Powers; and her sister Diane Lamphear.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Dingman of Mexico, Michael Currier of Fulton, Kimberly Weir of Moravia, NY and Donald Currier of Fulton; and her siblings, Ronald Dingman, Butch Dingman of Mexico, Yvonne Fredette of Fulton and Rick Dingman of Fulton. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
