He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kocher and Ruth Kocher. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kocher (Sutkowski); his daughter Margaret Peterson (Kocher); and his siblings, Richard Kocher (Marie), Roger (Lianne), Rebecca Partridge, Rachel Henrys and Royanne Swiech (Charles).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. (9 Washington Ave, Mexico, NY 13114). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
