Patricia Hahn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2023, at the age of 76, Patricia Hahn of Mexico, New York, born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Hahn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carpenter and Betty Carpenter; her brother John Carpenter Jr.; and her daughter Megan Delong-Hahn. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Hahn Sr.; her children, Gerald Jr. Hahn (Cheryl), Marc Hahn, Theodore Hahn (Holly Hutyera) and Cathy Brown; her grandchildren, Aletta Simpson (James), Tyler Hahn (Jess), Sam Hahn, Merith Hutyera, Dylan Brown, Francesca Brown and Emma Trainham; her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Piper Simpson; her sister Virginia Grome (Gary); and her sister-in-law Patricia Carpenter. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
