He was predeceased by: his parents, William Werth and Gladys Werth (Carlson); his parents-in-law, Betty (Comerford) and Verne Legg; and his brother-in-law Richard Legg of Oswego.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Legg; his sons, Jeff Werth (Kym) of Florida and Ben Werth of Oregon; his brothers, Richard Werth (Jody) of Des Moine and William Werth of Tacoma; his nieces and nephews, Chris, Joe, Brian Legg, Kim Patrick, John Werth, Kate Armbruster, Jim Werth and Tamitha Fragoso; and his grandsons, Jameson, Sawyer and Big Babe.
The family asks that any donations be directed to the Disabled Veterans of America or American Cancer Society.
