He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lougee and Frances Kersavage Lougee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Chorley Lougee; his children, Adam M. Lougee (Laura) of Albany, NY, Jacob D. Lougee (Denise) of Baldwinsville, NY and Sarah J. Southall (Blake) of Gallatine, TN; and his siblings, Roger Lougee, Gary Lougee of Winthrop, NY and Donna Drescher of Fairhope, AL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
