John Evale Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Evale of Mexico, New York, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Evale to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndon Evale and Elizabeth Evale (Branche) of Mexico, NY.; and his siblings-in-law, William McAlaine and Janet Annear. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McAlaine Evale; his daughters, Amy Evale Brouhle (Joel) of Littleton, CO, Colleen Evale of Alexandria, VA and Christina Evale Bova of Syracuse, NY.; his grandchildren, Quinn, Ava Brouhle, Aidan Evale, Daniel, Michael and Sophia Bova; his brothers-in-law, Daniel Paul McAlaine (Sandy) and Robert McAlaine (Anne); his friends, Michael Mowry and Doug Irwin; and his caregivers, Connie, Colleen, Michele, Tara, Gail and Chelsea. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Beautification Committee, Mexico Historical Society, PO Box 331, Mexico, NY 13114 (please designate John Evale memorial) would be appreciated. The donations will be used to fund the planting of trees in the Village of Mexico (formerly the "Tree Day Committee").
