He was predeceased by: his father Robin Smith; and his brother Keith Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smith; his daughter Hunter Smith; his granddaughter Autumn; his daughter Alexis Smith; his mother Lorraine Burke; his stepfather Larry Burke; and his stepsiblings, Larry Burke Jr. and Colleen Holliday. He is also survived by his cousins and aunts/uncles.
