He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Halsey and Jean Halsey of Pulaski; and his brother-in-law Jeffery Davenport of North Syracuse. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Halsey (Davenport) of Pulaski; his children, Danielle Strout (Andrew) of Cicero, Rachel Phillips (Ethan) of Sodus and Lawrence Halsey of Pulaski; his siblings, Frederick Jensen of Pulaski, Carol Quencer (Martin) of Chaumont, Shirley Hanley (Thomas) of Fulton and Marion Jensen of Pulaski; his mother-in-law Carol Davenport of Liverpool; his brother Christopher; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Humble of Kirkville. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
