He is survived by: his mother April LaPage; his siblings, Rick LaPage (Jennifer), John LaPage, Robert LaPage and Susan Powers (John); his sister-in-law Maryann LaPage (Helen LaPage); his children, Donnie LaPage Jeffrey LaPage and Stephanie Castiglia (Rachel); his stepchildren, Matthew (Laurie Butler), Michael Butler, Melanie Drake, Marshall Butler and Mark Butler; and his wife Helen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
