He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Ulises Giberga and Hermanna Stusser Giberga; his wife Katherine Jane Sughrue Giberga; his children, Susana Giberga (Derik Alfaro), Elena Giberga Tompkins (Robert) and Peter Giberga (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Jack, Katie Tompkins, Alexandra and Colette.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. (98-07 Ascan Ave, Forest Hills, NY 11375). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Church (70-01 Kessel St, Forest Hills, NY 11375).
