He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eustacio Noriega and Carmen Girau; his family Puerto Rico; his pet Salsa; his children, Alma Noriega Arroyo (Jose), Diane Noriega and Edward "Michael" Noriega (Kim); his grandchildren, Christopher Arroyo (Tracey), Justin Arroyo, Christina Echevarria, Jonathan Echevarria, Brandon Echevarria (Megan), Ian Noriega and Alanna Noriega; his great grandchildren, Riley Roberts, Ava Arroyo, Chase Arroyo and Axl Echevarria; and his sisters, Aurea Noriega Ayala and Evelina Figueroa.
