He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois Ann Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Herta Brazda; his children, Joan Root (Paul), Julie Elliott (Steve Roberts) and Timothy Elliott (Tammy); his grandchildren, Julie Armentrout (Brian), Dan Root (Miranda), Marcel Brazda-Poirier, Sydney Nesbit (Ryan) and Eric Potter (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Cameron, Casey Armentrout and Adalyn Nesbit; his stepdaughters, Eva Potter (Dave) and Margit Brazda-Poirier (Dave); his sister Joan Vater (John); his nephew Terry Jeal (Judy); and his niece Francine Jeal.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena (26 Mendon Ionia Rd, Mendon, NY 14506).
