He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Barclay and Margaret Barclay; and his siblings, Clarence, Harold, Martha Pettit (Howard) and Sarah Lightner (Victor).

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his sister Marian Kughn (Keith) of Waynesburg, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and very special friends.
