We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 88, Paul F. Cooney of Menands, New York, born in Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Cooney and Mary Donnelly Cooney; his son John; and his siblings, William E. Cooney and Mary Therese Cooney.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harte; and his children, Patrick Cooney and Kathleen Knight (Tony). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
