She was predeceased by: her sibling Kevin DeSeve (Susan); and her parent William DeSeve. She is survived by: her spouse David B. Baer; her child Benjamin Baer; her siblings, Joseph DeSeve (Diane), William DeSeve (late Erna), John DeSeve and Thomas DeSeve (Cathy); her parent Lillian DeSeve (Carroll); and her children, Ben and Main Ave of Albany, NY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judith's memory to the St. Catherine's Center for Children, 40 N Main Ave, Albany, NY 12203.
