He was predeceased by: his sibling Patricia Gentner. He is survived by: his parents, Harry A. and Mary Margaret Harbour (Jenkins); his wife Ruth E. Harbour (Smith); his children, Paul Harbour (Beth), John Harbour (Julie), Nora Harbour, David and Alex; and his siblings, Harry Harbour (Flo), Nancy Casey, Margaret Harbour-Holland, William Harbour and Robert Harbour. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
