She is survived by: her parent Marion Skinkle; her children, John Garrett III (Margaret), Cynthia Tomain (Christian), Thomas Garrett (Pattie), Amy Peters (David), Christopher Garrett (Suzanne), Gail Kirby (Tony), Mary Helen Morris (Robert) and Gregory Garrett (Joanna); and her siblings, Robert Skinkle (Frances) and Lee Skinkle (Mary). She is also survived by grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
