He was predeceased by: his sister Lois; and his brother-in-law Leo Nolan. He is survived by: his children, Harold Barrett II (Bernice), Michael Barrett and Deborah Comfort (Charles); his grandchildren, Stephen Barrett and Emma Comfort; and his brother Wayne Barrett.
