With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sheila A. Rote of Mellenville, New York, born in Hudson, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid adieu to Sheila's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sheila has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Law and Claire Law (Dallas); her sons, Brian, Randy (Jeanine Rizzi) and Ricky Rote (Patricia); her grandchildren, Samantha, Skylar and Ayden Rote; her great grandchild Legend Anthony Martin Rote; and her husband Arthur Rote. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bates and Anderson Funeral Home (110 Green St, Hudson, NY 12534). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Mellenville Union Cemetery.
