He is survived by: his sons, Gene Hood (Kelly), Jim Profetto (Sharon) and Mark Profetto; his mother-in-law Catherine Moore; his sister Lisa (Moore); his brother-in-law John Wolferstieg; and his close friend Edith Peyton Hood.
