She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Baker and Sarah Baker Sr. (Stickles); her husband Benjamin E. Cantele; her son Benjamin "B. J." Cantele; and her brother Robert S. Baker Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Cantele (Diane) and Brian Cantele (Tracy); her grandchildren, James, Meagan, Conor and Ruthanne Cantele; and her brother Ralph Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eleanor's name are encouraged to be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Columbia/Greene Humane Society.
