He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Elizabeth Forman (Michael), Jonathan Case Jr. (Michelle), Daniel Case, Tina Stannard (Phil) and Shawn Case; his grandchildren, Veronica, Michael, Dillon, Aaron, Jonathan III, Samantha, Derek, Jedidiah, Sawyer, Quinton, Courtney, Lane, Madison, Taylor and Abbigail; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Landon, Willow, Michael, Connor, Nova, Dalton, Cole, Delaney and Emalene. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
